How Do I Add / Link my Scanner to AutoAuth?

Adding your Snap-on scanner information to your AutoAuth profile is required for Stellantis / FCA (North America), Nissan, and Mercedes-Benz (USA) ONLY.

1. From your AutoAuth profile, click "Tools" (on the left side), then click 'Add Tool'
2. Enter the following: 
   • Device Name: Not applicable for AutoAuth Standard
   • Manufacturer: Snap-on
   • Model: All Other Models
   • Scan tool serial number: Located on the back of all scan tools
 NOTE: Enter serial number in ALL CAPS with no dashes or spaces.  AutoAuth will not verify correct scan tool serial number. Check serial number to ensure proper connection.
3. Click 'Add Tool' 
 NOTE: If successful, device will display under the ‘Tools’ tab.
