To pair the scan module to your ZEUS+, ZEUS or VERUS Edge, use the following instructions:
- Turn on the diagnostic tool.
- Make sure the diagnostic tool is connected to the AC power supply, or has a fully charged battery.
- Supply power to the scan module:
- Recommended - Use the supplied USB cable to connect the scan module to the diagnostic tool to supply power to it. The blue LED will light on the scan module when it has power.
- Alternate Method - Connect the scan module to a vehicle data link connector (DLC), The green LED will light on the scan module when it has power.
- From the diagnostic tool Home screen select, System Settings > Paired Devices
- Select Add, then OK when prompted.
- Select your scan module from the results list. Make sure the listing matches the last six digits of the serial number of your scan module.
After pairing is completed, you can use the scan module for wireless vehicle diagnostics through your scan tool.
Once the scan module is paired, it will automatically connect to your diagnostic tool whenever both devices are powered up.
