If your ZEUS+®, ZEUS®, or VERUS Edge™ Scan Module does not communicate with any vehicles, please try the following
- Verify the Scan Module is on via the LEDs on the Scan Module
- If the Scan Module is LED is red, contact Snap-on Diagnostics Technical Support at (800) 424-7226
- Verify Bluetooth is on
- Verify the Scan Module is paired
- Verify the Scan Module firmware is up to date
- Restart your ZEUS+®, ZEUS®, or VERUS Edge™
- Document any messages displayed on the ZEUS+®, ZEUS®, or VERUS Edge™
