Create a Snap-on Technician Profile

NOTE: If you have an existing ShopKey Pro account, you already have a Snap-on Technician Profile and do not need to create one, just use your ShopKey Pro login.

1. Using your PC or mobile device, visit ALTUSDrive.com
2. Click "Create Individual Account".
3. Click "Get Started".
4. Enter all required account information.
5. Click "Create Account".
6. Check your email for the verification link and follow the prompts.
   •  If you don't see the email, check you spam/junk folders, If no email was sent, proceed to the next step and Login.
7. Go back to ALTUSDrive.com and "Login" using your username and password.
8. Review and accept the license agreement.
9. Enter all information,  including Country and Technician phone number to complete your profile, and click "Save".
10. Create a Profile Access Code.
 A 4-digit Profile Access Code is needed to access some newer vehicle functions and features.
