In a situation where you need to link your device (diagnostic tool) to a different Technician Profile account, you must first delete it from the profile it is currently linked to.
How To
- Login to your Technician Profile
- Click the Device Management tab
- Click the "X" icon of the device you want to remove, and follow the screen prompts.
- Save and Exit the Technician Profile.
- Login to the Technician Profile, you wish to link the device to.
- Click the Device Management tab
- Click Add Device and follow the screen prompts.
- Click Save to save the changes to the profile.
If you experience a pop-up message "An error occurred" while trying to switch your device between profiles.
