This Article Applies To: Snap-on diagnostics qualifying tool users
As a Snap-on diagnostics qualifying tool user with current software, and a Snap-on Technician profile, you also have access to the SureTrack Community on ShopKey Pro.com
If you are trying to access the SureTrack Community via ShopKey Pro login and are being redirected to a pop-up window that includes one of the following or similar messages...
- Sorry – There is a problem….
- You’ve arrived at this page because you do not have authorization to access ShopKey Pro.com / PRO Demand.com...
- Your SureTrack account has expired or is not associated correctly...
This is due to one of the following:
Your Snap-on Technician Profile Is not associated with a qualifying diagnostic tool with current software.
What to do…..
- Check your Snap-on Technician Profile to ensure your diagnostic tool serial number is associated with your profile. Add your device under the “Device Management” tab, “Add a Device”. Remember the diagnostic tool your associated with your profile MUST have current software version installed.
- Once your diagnostic tool is associated with your profile, you can login using your same “Technician Profile “ credentials to access SureTrack Community and 1Search Limited at ShopKey Pro.com / PRO Demand.com
Your Snap-on Technician Profile Is not associated with a valid Shop account (this only applies if you are associated with a Shop account and no longer have access)
What to do…..
Contact your “Shop account administrator” and have them add your email address (the one you have associated with your individual Snap-on Technician Profile) to the “Shop Account”. Also make sure your device is added to the Shop account. As a user, you will have will have same level of access to ShopKey Pro.com / PRO Demand.com as the Shop.
