ShopKey Pro / PRO Demand User (Shop Account Profile) - This is a special "admin" account that requires set up direct from Mitchell1. The purpose of this type of account is to allow individual users (e.g. Shop Techs) that work within a Shop environment to access either ShopKey Pro or PRO Demand via a common "Shop Account" that their Shop has subscribed to. The Shop account requires a unique profile and login credentials (different from individual account login credentials). Individual user Techs must have Individual profiles in order to be included in a Shop account.
