This indicates your diagnostic tool is not communicating and/or receiving a response from your Profile Manager account, in order to unlock the session. No error received was received from Profile Manger or Autoauth
Things to check:
- Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection on your diagnostic tool.
- Try using a difference known good network.
- Ensure you have the current diagnostic software installed and your account status is "Active"
