If you are a new AutoAuth user:
- Click the AutoAuth link or go to AutoAuth.com on a new tab
- Register and fill out your account information
- Accept the Terms & Conditions, click ‘Signup’
- Confirm email, then Login
- Choose ‘For Service Center & Independent Technicians’ or ‘For Technicians,’ depending on your shop’s preference.
- If you select ‘For Service Center & Independent Technicians’, Select the plan that best fits your shop’s needs
- If you select ‘For Technicians’, see FAQ for adding technicians to a Service Center
- Fill out personal and shop information as prompted
- Once you’ve selected a region, check boxes for the AutoAuth OEMs you wish the subscribe to
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete sign up
If you are an existing AutoAuth user:
- Log in at AutoAuth.com on a new tab
- In the top right corner, click the icon with two wrenches
- Select ‘Subscriptions’
- Under ‘Active Manufacturers’, verify that the needed AutoAuth OEMs are subscribed
AutoAuth is a third-party application. Fees and pricing are set and managed by AutoAuth, not Snap-on. Refer to AutoAuth FAQ for further AutoAuth help.
