This error indicates a problem with your Technician Profile and AutoAuth setup
Here are some things to check:
- Check you Technician Profile Manager and ensure all required fields a completed
- Ensure your AutoAuth credentials are complete and accurate on the Device Management tab of your Technician Profile Manager
- Ensure your diagnostic tool serial number and related credentials are complete and accurate on your Auto Auth account
- Ensure your diagnostic tool is linked (associated) with your Technician Profile
