This indicates there is a problem accessing authorization, possibly due to Wi-Fi and or server communication issues.
Here are some things to check:
- Check to ensure your AutoAuth account is in good standing and not expired.
- Ensure your AutoAuth credentials are complete and accurate on the Device Management tab of your Technician Profile Manager, Especially check the password, it must be identical.
- Try to connect again at a later time.
- Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection on your diagnostic tool.
- Try using a different known good network.
- Move vehicle and diagnostic tool closer to router Tool may pass WiFi test and still not be close enough to router.
